    Description

    This is a very nice little skirt. Great extra soft cotton, hangs and drapes nicely. Full circle skirt with a triple ruffle.
    All measurements are taken with item flat.
    Length is 19" plus a 1 1/2" waistband (that doesn't add to length)
    Waistband measures 12" laying flat and relaxed, stretches up to 19 pulled tight. Remember you have to double that for your waist. Would be comfortable for a 24" up to about a 34" waist. Can always be made smaller.
