    Orig. Deed Indenture Centre Twp.Union Co.PA 1762 1848 Hafsinger Simon Browersax
    This original Deed Indenture traces the transfer of 28 acres and 26 perches starting with what appears to be subdivisions of several tracts.  1762 John Hambright to Frederick Stees; in 1824 to P.G. Harrold; 1826 to George A. Browersax 1837 to Samuel Browersax to John Hafsinger in 1848.
    A second tract in 1823 the seller John Hafsinger of Beaver Twp. to Henry Hafsinger of Centre Twp.
    There is a mention of a Joseph Simon transferring 28 acres and 26 perches in 1792 to John and Elizabeth Hafsinger in 1847.  Joseph Simon of Sunbury County of North Cumberland.
    This final purchase was from John Hafsinger and his wife Elizabeth to Henry Hafsinger.  Elizabeth signed with an "X", her mark.
    See photos for condition.  Printed on faux vellum.  Extremely good condition.  No rips or tears.  Some minor discoloration at folds.  Measures 18" x 23".
