Brand new with NO hangtags in size small (you will see my photo shows an extra large hangtag but this small adult does not have hangtags. This skirt is a full circle and the edge is trimmed in the foil lycra, my photo shows the attached french cut trunks under the skirt.Great for dance, drill, skate or baton. The model is showing it with a top that is not included
