Up for bids are John Hill & Co., Famous Canadian Regiments Toy Tin Soldiers, Made In England in the original box.  All figures are in very good condition.  Horse has minor paint loss on one leg.  The set consists of six standing Canadian soldiers each holding a rifle.  They stand approx. 2 1/2" high.  There is also one soldier mounted on a horse, also holding a rifle.  It stands just over 3" high.  The horse has the word "England" on it's right side.  I don't know how old this set is but it appears to be very old.  The uniforms on the soldiers are similar to what you expect to see on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
