    Was established in 1926 as a bank on the basis of a mutual association, which helps its members, middle class, building loans and commercial business. The bank was affiliated with the supervisory alliance of the Israe-Israel cooperative.
    In the years between 1918 and 1947, about 20 cooperative societies were established in Palestine, including the name "Bank". This is in addition to dozens of financial companies for "Loan and Savings" and "Credit and Savings" companies established in almost every city, colony and moshav in Eretz Israel.
