Description

A wonderful early maritime manuscript document clearly dated February, 1779.  An accounting with Capt. Samuel Longfellow of the Sloop Henry, a receipt for supplies in Suffolk, Portsmouth and "Bogw" (?).  The last item includes two hogsheads of tobacco.  All  money amounts in Pounds Sterling.  Approximately 7" x 10" in size, fold lines, a few age spots.  Location undetermined, possibility Salem, MA.
