American Colonial Era Manuscript Document, Dracutt, MA, Promissory Note, 1775

Description

An American Colonial Era manuscript document from Dracutt, Massachusetts in whch the borrower promises to pay the sum of three pounds one Shillings and Seven pence Lawfull money to Jonathan Coburn, dated September 14, 1773.  Approximately 2 3/4" x 6 1/2" in size.  The borrowers signature on the bottom of the document has been trimmed as a cancellation of the debt.
