    This document dated 1794, Turner, Maine, where Ezekiel Bradford has sold to his son, Chandler Bradford, a plot of land in Turner....signed at bottom by Ezekiel Turner, Arthur Bradman, Ichabod Bonney and on back by Isaac...document is 8x12, folds, minor splits, soiling on back, overall fair condition.
    American Revolutionary Patriot. Ezekiel Bradford (1728-1816) was the son of Ephraim & Elizabeth (Brewster), grandson of Major William Bradford, and great-grandson of Governor William Bradford. In about 1783, he moved with his family to Turner; formerly, Sylvester Canada.
    Ichabod Bonney (1737-1807) took a prominent part in the efforts made to induce settlers to take up lots in the plantation of Turner, as will appear by proprietors' records. and he also took an active role in the struggle for national independence, serving as an officer in the Revolutionary War..... 1st Lieutenant - Captain Capt of Freedom Chamberlains Co., Capt. 11th (Pembroke) Co., 2nd Plymouth Co. Regt. ; Col John Cushings Reft. Col. Nathan Sparhawk's Regt Mass Militia commissioned May 10, 1776.
