    Description

Authentic manuscript document being a deed dated
    1767
between Joshua Weeks and Walter Simpson of
    Greenland New Hampshire
and twice signed by Walter Bryent (sometimes seen as Bryant) a noted surveyor who in 1740 was appointed by Gov. Belcher
to survey the boundary line between the province and the county of York.
    Names and wax seals -
John Johnson Jr., John Folsom, Walter Bryent, James N..., Joshua Weeks, Gentl., Samuel Weeks, William Simpson and Judge John Wentwent (?).
There are several witnesses on this document.  Greenland, Rockingham County, New Hampshire was incorporated in 1721.  It is next to the port city of Portsmouth.
This old document is fragile and is split in the seams and held by very little paper as you can see in the photo.  The paper has a
    watermark.
Can be improved with archival tape or better framed to protect it.
This is a wonderful document for descendants of Rockingham Co. NH and those names listed on this important paper.
    I do not accept returns.
I am going to be listing several more antique documents from my collection on Ebay.  I have come to a point that I need to have less items in my many interests and collections.
